About Us
The Utah State Library Division is charged with administering a Digital Library for permanent public access for publications issued by state agencies. The Utah Government Publications Online Digital Library is maintained by the Utah State Library, the library authority for the state responsible for the preservation, distribution and exchange of state publications. The collection is being built by submissions from contributory agencies under the authority of Utah Code Ann. § 9-7-201 to 9-7-209. Agencies are required to deposit their publications with the State Library.
